Diana Tsoy is an environmental engineer, with business consultancy and audit experience. She is actively involved in research on prospective trends and developments in the energy and refrigeration sector and is currently working on her PhD thesis in ITMO University in St.Petersburg. Diana is also an academic advisor to SQA approved center in Almaty for HND in Financial and Business management program. Diana is an alumna of TechWomen 2015 program, initiated by U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, her host company was Sun Edison, Silicon Valley, USA. D.Tsoy is a Regional Ambassador and an initiator of Technovation in Kazakhstan in 2016. From 2016 to 2017 year the program has grown from 11 teams in Almaty to more than 50 registered teams all over the Kazakhstan.
